DOM Residences is a partnership with Brickless Construction to build single-family homes in the Fort Myers/Lehigh Acres area. Brickless’s innovative and industrialized “all concrete” monolithic construction method increases sustainability and durability while cutting the construction timeframe by 75%. There are currently over 100 homes under construction with an aim to increase production to approximately 350 homes per year as well as expand to other regions in Florida. Afin Developer Group is pleased to offer this opportunity to its investors.
