Afin Developer Group is currently overseeing the development of a self-storage facility in the Miami International Airport market. The property was first purchased in 2012 and consisted of the 36th Center office buildings.

The project sits on a 3.91-acre site and once completed in 2022, it will contain a 260-key, full service, Hilton- branded Hotel, 291 parking spaces and 310-units or 40,000 square feet of leasable climate controlled Self-Storage facility. 

Afin has obtained site plan approval, as well as entitlements, and is looking to begin construction in Q4 of 2020.
