Skygarden is a 19-story mixed-use multifamily tower with ground floor retail. Afin Developer Group serves as the Owner’s Representative for the project’s Turkish developer, Celal Ozkan of CEO Contract.

It is located in North Miami Beach on the corner of 19th Avenue along 163th Street, a major east-west arterial that runs from I-95 from the east to Sunny Isles Beach on the west. The building will have 356 apartments and 12,635 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The building will boast a unit mix of 1 and 2 bedrooms and five-star amenities, including a pool area, rooftop garden, fitness center, theater room, spa and wellness center, business center, private chef’s kitchen, and pet hotel.

The project has been approved and is scheduled to begin construction in Q3 of 2023.
