Mr. Araujo was the “Owners Rep” for The Gabriel Hotel – 1100 Biscayne Blvd, an iconic hotel conversion in Downtown, Miami. He was responsible for the renovation and conversion of all common areas, hotel amenities and F&B areas.

The Gabriel Miami is a stunning, modern Hilton hotel under the Curio collection located in Downtown Miami, just a few blocks away from the American Airlines Arena. Afin Developer Group played a vital role in the acquisition, remodeling, and overall design of the hotel. Afin was responsible for bringing in various investors in order to execute the purchase of the hotel. 

Once acquired, the project still required substantial investment to modernize the hotel’s design. Afin oversaw the remodeling of all common areas, as well as the library lounge and the CVLTVRA restaurant.
